Accessibility Statement
How this website is kept usable for everyone and how to report a barrier.

scenepulse wants scenepulse.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the measures taken, the limitations we are aware of and how to reach us.
Our approach
We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate task. Whenever a page is added or the design changes, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, used with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under scenepulse.com.
Measures taken
The site is built from semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, one main heading per page and descriptive link texts. The main content and the navigation are marked as separate regions, and every page declares its language for screen readers. Informative images have text alternatives, decorative ones are marked as such.
Body text, links and buttons reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1. Because sizes are relative, zooming in or increasing the font size in the browser does not break the layout, and every part of the site can be operated with a keyboard.
Standards
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because some pages or elements still fall short of individual success criteria. Pages are reviewed regularly and problems are corrected as they are found; until then the same information is offered in another form.
Feedback
If you come across a barrier on this website, or cannot find information you need, please tell us by email at [email protected] or by telephone on (423) 646-7577. It helps to name the page, describe what happened and mention the browser or assistive technology you used; we aim to answer within five working days.
Limitations we know of
A number of illustrations are generic, and their alternative text names the subject instead of describing it in detail.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on October 17, 2026 on the basis of our own review. We checked the main page types with a keyboard, with increased zoom and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any major change to the website.
